The grave of Hovhannes Aivazovsky in Feodosia

The grave of the painter Hovhannes Aivazovsky in Feodosia (Crimea), by the Armenian Church of Surb Sargis.

The photograph shows the stone tomb with an Armenian inscription in which the name “Aivazovsky” can be read. Behind it is a wall with columns and a memorial plaque bearing the dates “1817–1900”; on the left are an iron fence and trees.
