Single-arch stone bridge in Hamshen

A splendid single-arch stone bridge (turn of the 17th–18th centuries). Rize, Artvin, Hamshen, Western Armenia.

With its high arch the bridge spans a stream with a rocky bed and has metal railings. Around it are forested mountain slopes, with scattered houses in the distance.
