Cathedral of Saint Elias and Saint Gregory the Illuminator in Beirut

The Cathedral of Saint Elias and Saint Gregory the Illuminator is a cathedral of the Armenian Catholic Church in the centre of Beirut, Lebanon, on Debbas Square. Its construction was funded in 1928 by Pope Pius XI. The cathedral is the seat of the Armenian Catholic Patriarchate of Cilicia.

The photograph shows a white stone cathedral with red tiled roofs, a dome and a bell tower with a clock. Above the entrance is a mosaic with an image of Christ. Tall buildings surround it, and cars are parked in the street.
