Blessing cross with precious stones, 1814

A blessing cross decorated with rubies, emeralds, sapphires, pearls and other stones. Armenia, 1814.

The gold-coloured cross has a long handle. The ends of its arms are flower-shaped, and in the middle is a large green stone surrounded by red stones. The arms bear enamel paintings, and the handle is decorated with coloured patterns.
