Trndez bonfire in New Julfa

Trndez is a traditional Armenian feast dedicated to the Presentation of the Lord (Tyarnendarach) and is celebrated on 13 February. The feast begins in the evening, when bonfires are lit, and is often linked to 14 February, when the Armenian Church celebrates the Presentation.
